Team Chat keeps internal communication inside Exportlab, with direct links to galleries and videos.
Channels & direct messages
- Channels are group conversations for projects or teams.
- Direct messages are private conversations between specific members.
How to use it

Open Team Chat
Go to Team Chat in the sidebar.

Create a conversation
Click + to start a channel or direct message.

Send messages
Messages arrive in real time for all members.
Linking to work
Messages can include galleries or video projects as preview cards.
Permissions
- Full Access members can create channels and send messages.
- Read Only members can view but not post.
Notes
- Chat history is retained while the account is active.
- Messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
