The Client Portal aggregates everything you assigned to the client in one place.
What clients see
- Dashboard with assigned projects, galleries, videos, and recent activity.
- Galleries with photo counts and cover images.
- Video projects with current review status.
- Projects that group multiple deliverables.
- Contracts and signature requests assigned to them.
- Model Release forms that need review or signing.
- Activity Feed entries for recent client-facing updates.
Assigning content

Assign galleries
Edit Gallery → Client Assignment.

Assign videos
Video Desk → Client Assignment panel.

Group with projects
Use Projects to bundle multiple deliveries.

Add legal items
Attach contracts or model releases when the client should review or sign them in the portal.
Status Pages
Status Pages can complement the Client Portal by giving clients a public project-progress view at /p/{accessToken}.
Use the portal for private assigned work and account-based access; use a Status Page for a focused project-progress link.
Notes
- Removing an assignment hides the content from the portal.
- The portal always reflects the latest versions and status.
