Model Release Forms are digital consent forms for people you photograph.
Subjects fill and sign the form on any device. Releases are stored and linked to the right project.
What the form collects
- Personal information: name, email, phone, address, date of birth.
- Minor details: guardian name and contact info when the subject is underage.
- Scope of use: editorial, commercial, third-party, territory, and duration.
- Digital signature with timestamp.
How to use it

Create a release
Go to Contracts → Model Releases and start a new form.

Share the link
Send the release link via email, QR code, or direct share.

Collect the signature
The subject fills in details and signs on their device.
Notes
- Signed releases are stored with timestamps as your legal record.
- For minors, a guardian must complete and sign the form.
- Exportlab stores the form but does not provide legal advice.
