Client Requests is your inbox for public profile form submissions.
Each request is organized with contact info, message, and status.
What you see
- Sender name, email, and phone if provided.
- Message and custom question answers.
- Submission timestamp and read/unread status.
Managing requests
- Mark items as read/unread to track progress.
- Filter by status or available contact methods.
- Convert a request into a client record in one click.
Notes
- Requests are submitted via your Public Profile contact form.
- Notification emails are optional and controlled in Settings → Notifications.
