Overview

Client Requests is your inbox for public profile form submissions.

Each request is organized with contact info, message, and status.

What you see

  • Sender name, email, and phone if provided.
  • Message and custom question answers.
  • Submission timestamp and read/unread status.

Managing requests

  • Mark items as read/unread to track progress.
  • Filter by status or available contact methods.
  • Convert a request into a client record in one click.

Notes

  • Requests are submitted via your Public Profile contact form.
  • Notification emails are optional and controlled in Settings → Notifications.
