Overview
Billing is where you manage your subscription, invoices, and token credits.
Plans
Plan limits are shown in Billing and on the pricing page. The key operational differences are storage, video transcoding, professional features, integrations, and team seats.
- Upgrade or downgrade from Billing. Changes take effect immediately unless the checkout flow states otherwise.
- AI / Face Tokens and Guest Upload Passes are add-ons.

Invoices
Download past invoices from the Billing History tab.
Token credits

Guest passes
Guest Upload passes can limit total upload capacity. Purchase tiers per event.
Billing preferences
- Update billing name, address, and VAT number.
- Enable or disable auto-renewal.
Cancellation & payment method
- Cancel to end the plan at the period end.
- Update your payment method at any time (processed by Stripe).
Common issues
- Payment failed: update the card and retry.
- Missing VAT number: add it to Billing Preferences for future invoices.
- Tokens reached zero: purchase more and restart indexing.
