Projects group related galleries and videos under a single label.
Assign a project to a client and the full package appears together in their Client Portal.
Create a project

Start a new project
Go to Projects and click New Project.

Add details
Set title, optional description, internal notes, and client assignment.

Save
The project becomes available for content assignment.
Add content to a project
- Edit Gallery: assign a project in the gallery settings.
- Video Desk: assign a project in the video detail view.
Manage projects
- Filter projects by client or search by name.
- Open a project to see all assigned content.
- Deleting a project removes the grouping but does not delete the content.
Notes
- Each gallery or video can belong to one project at a time.
- Project notes are internal only and never visible to clients.
