Overview

Audit Logs record significant actions across your workspace so you can understand who did what, when, and where.

Each entry includes the action type, actor, affected resource, timestamp, and result.

What gets logged

  • Gallery creation, updates, deletions, and access events.
  • Video project changes and review activity.
  • Client assignments and team member actions.
  • Billing events and API key usage.

Searching & filtering

  • Filter by action type (example: gallery.create).
  • Filter by resource type or resource ID.
  • Filter by actor or result (success/error).
  • Limit results by date range.

Retention

Audit log entries are retained for 365 days, then removed automatically.

Notes

  • Sensitive data like passwords and tokens is redacted before logging.
  • Audit Logs are read-only and cannot be edited or deleted manually.
