Overview

Guest Uploads create a public upload form for events.

Guests can upload photos without an account, and everything lands in a dedicated event folder.

Go to Guest Uploads and click New Event.

2

Configure limits

Set upload limits per guest and optional pass quotas.

3

Set consent fields

Choose required consent checkboxes for usage rights.

4

Share the link

An upload link is generated immediately.

Guest upload flow

1

Open the link

Guests see the upload form immediately.

2

Fill the form

Guests enter name, email (optional), and any extra fields you configured.

3

Upload files

Drag-and-drop or select files; progress is shown.

4

Confirmation

A success screen appears and an email is sent if provided.

Passes

Passes let you cap total upload capacity across all guests.

  • Each pass tier (S/M/L/XL) maps to a total upload slot count.
  • When the quota is reached, new uploads are blocked.
  • Passes can be sold via Stripe depending on your plan.

Accessing uploads

  • All files appear in the event folder inside your storage.
  • You can move uploads into a regular gallery at any time.
  • AI indexing and Face Recognition work on guest uploads as well.

Common issues

  • Link does not work: check if the event is paused, archived, or out of passes.
  • Photos not showing yet: allow a few minutes for processing.
  • No confirmation email: the guest must provide an email address.
