Invite and manage client access.
Overview
Client Portal access is invite-based. Clients get their own login and a private dashboard.
Invite a client

Create the client
Go to Clients and click New Client.

Send invitation
Enter the client's email and send the invite.

Client sets password
They use the invite link to set a password and log in.
Client login URL
Clients log in at https://{your-subdomain}.exportlab.io/client-login
Invite links open the accept flow first, where the client sets a password before using the normal login page.
Permissions
- Clients only see content explicitly assigned to them.
- They cannot access the admin area or other clients' content.
- Download permissions follow the gallery or video settings.
Common issues
- Invite not received: check the email address and resend.
- Portal empty: assign galleries or videos to the client.
- Password forgotten: use the Forgot password link on the login page.
- Invite link already used: send a new invite or ask the client to use /client-login.
