Share Links
Share a specific selection of photos without sharing the full gallery.
Overview
Share Links let you send a curated selection of photos from a gallery without exposing the full collection.
Each link contains only the photos you choose, with optional download and PIN settings.
Recipient experience
Recipients open the share link URL: https://{your-subdomain}.exportlab.io/s/{shareId}
- Recipients open the link and enter a PIN if required.
- Only the selected photos are visible.
- Downloads appear only if enabled.
Managing links
- All share links are listed in Edit Gallery → Share Links.
- Delete a link to revoke access immediately.
- Share links do not expire automatically.
Notes
- Share links can bypass the main gallery PIN if you enable it.
- If a photo is deleted from the gallery, it disappears from the share link too.
- Share links are not supported for Group Shoot galleries.
Common issues
- Link does not work: confirm the link still exists and has not been deleted.
- Recipient cannot download: enable downloads for that link.
- PIN confusion: share link PINs are separate from gallery PINs.
