Easy Transfer lets you send large files via a secure, PIN-protected link.
Upload once, share the link, and recipients download directly from Exportlab.
Create a transfer

Start a transfer
Go to Easy Transfer and click New Transfer.

Upload files
Drag-and-drop or select files and add optional titles or tags.

Set security
Choose a PIN and optional expiration date.

Share
Copy the link and send it to the recipient.
Recipient flow

Open link
Recipients enter the PIN to access the files.

Download
Download individual files or all at once.
Managing transfers
- View active transfers with file counts and dates.
- Copy the link again at any time.
- Delete a transfer to revoke access immediately.
Common issues
- PIN does not work: confirm case-sensitive entry.
- Transfer expired: create a new transfer if the expiration date passed.
- Upload fails: check your connection and retry for very large files.
